Yes, you still have a claim. The at fault driver, through his/her insurance company still has to pay you for your injuries, including medical treatment. Georgia thinks the at-fault driver should not get a “savings” for someone else paying your medical bills and makes any mention that someone else paid your medical bills inadmissible. You may, however, have to repay your insurance company what it paid out for your treatment.
