A man was hit by a car while crossing a two-way road in an attempt to put up a car show sign. He was initially determined to be at fault because there was no crosswalk, but we were able to prove he had entered the roadway under safe conditions & the Defendant had plenty of time to stop. He sustained a broken left shoulder, left humerus, left fibula, and left ankle that required immediate surgery and months of post-op physical therapy.
