HOSCHTON, GA – A semi overturned and blocked Braselton Highway in both directions at Dee Kennedy Road NE on Saturday night.

Gwinnett County Police Department tweeted the overturned semi was hauling 80,000 pounds of mulch at the time of the crash, which occurred sometime before 8:30 p.m. The cause of the crash is unknown.
Braselton Highway remained closed in the area for approximately an hour and a half. Police reopened the road around 10:02 p.m.
It is unclear if the semi driver sustained any injuries.
