COBB COUNTY, GA – According to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, a pedestrian was hit and killed on South Cobb Drive in Cobb County on the night of May 23.
Police believe a white pickup truck with a white, enclosed trailer is responsible for the death of the 46-year-old man, and they have identified the man killed as Nicholas Tomayo Perez.
Perez was one of fifteen people killed on Georgia roads over Memorial Day weekend according to Georgia officials.
